Cache the homeland data (map), huge performance boost

Merchants can go under bridges now (like Pirates)

Fix bug that allowed building bridges to the edges. Though that doesn't create
a blockade (any more), it was at one time intentionally disallowed.

Store the version number and hash of utopia.js in the saved game/score data.
