Use CURSOR_LEFT instead of DEL(ete) when erasing to end of line for PETSCII

This fixes clear-to-EOL sequences for PETSCII terminals. DEL appears to shift
chars on the right to the left and if/when it wraps, that messes up the next
line.

Utopia is now kind of playable in C128 mode.
