Note it is getting a 400 when trying to access something in
http://capcity2.synchro.net/.well-known/acme-challenge/

The folder /acme-challenge only contains one file - webctrl.ini - whose
contents are the line AccessRequrements= .

I suspect there should be something else in that directory, possibly some keys
that correspond to whatever that is at the end of the URL?
