Funny AF... I saw a clip that was talking about how much Barry used the Espionage Act of 1917... an act/law that was only used 3 times before Barry used it 8 times to punish Whistle Blowers.

Before Barry, Whistle Blowers were appreciated, to some degree, for bringing up potential issues.
