That's because it's only in Max's programming.  I've already pegged him as a
leftoid who is incapable of thinking for himself.

We did see a few cases of this - in California - where ballots were found
dumped in a ditch.  But it was not significant.

But we did have rumors of the Post Office **slowing** the processing of
Republican ballots. The story was that there was a small window in the ballot
envelope that allowed you to see if it was a Republican or Democrat ballot.  It
was asserted that some Post Offices purposely put the Republican ballots aside.
 They delivered them.  But they delivered them OUTSIDE of the window to be
counted.

But I haven't heard where this story ended up.

IHMO: Since most Post Office employees are Democrat, they should not be trusted
with the delivery of ballots.
