Except "someone else" in this case is
"person with enough money to reach the 
moon multiple times" and "corporation
bigger than most naton-states" not
"millionaire business owner who owns
4 grocery stores"

And also, why is it that you and I are
expected to give back to the government
to fund government services, some of
which we may never use, but the large
companies are not expected to do so or
contribute to the places they exist in
while using the public infrastructure
government subsidies, higher
protections under the law than you 
or I, and lobbying againt your 
interests and mine? 

They should AT MINIMUM be held to 
the same standard as you and I, given
tht our govenment has seen fit to 
say that Corps are also people. And 
a higher standard, IMO, because 
they have money to make nations move,
but are only accountable to
shareholders an the whims of the
market. You may be comfortable with
people hoarding the nation's treasure,
while depressing your wages and 
suppressing media, elections, and
commodifying your personal data, but
I am not and I refuse to lay down and
take it up the ass from the ACTUAL
elite that you cats are comfortable 
protecting.

You are not ever going to be an Elon.
And fo every Elon tht does appear 
there are millions of Americans 
suffering directly due to their
actions. Or perhaps you think it's ok
for the big AI companies to replicate
what oil companies did, unerpaying
people fo their property to build 
datacenters in places that cannot
sustain them.

You do you, but the argument is not 
"hurr durr they want to spend other
people's money" it's "the ultra 
wealthy are actively harming you
to hoard profit and property tht
will never circulate through this
country."
