Think of it like this: When police estimate the street value of drugs, they are
always way off, even though they have undercover officers who make drug buys.
Part of the reason for that is they have no clue about wholesale pricing or
what kind of deal the suspect got on it.

So how is Trump supposed to know how long it will take Iran to rebuild their
nuclear weapons? He estimated. Only Rainman would say "This sets them back
973.2 days, 4 hours, and 7 minutes."
