The Democrats didn't give them citizenship because they failed to win the house, so they couldn't. Thousands of people died in vain trying to get here while Joe had the door jammed open, and the ones who survived being raped and robbed are being sent back because they had a little too much faith in a mentally incapacitated puppet.
