I doubt it.  Their programming is that Fox News is "Right Wing Propaganda!" and
reject everything they say.  It's part of how they stay programmed.

If they were able to think for themselves, they would find other news sources. 
But they don't want anyone telling them anything that goes counter to their
Narrative.  And, really, they are completely unable to critically think and
determine what is Propaganda and what is actual fact.
