Yes, a vote.  Recall Kevin McCarthy??  That's how they ousted him.  I think they need 5 people to table the vote and a simple majority to replace him.

Since F**k Nuts has us deadlocked on a 80/20 issue we might as well be deadlocked trying to replace him.

Yes and no, it was implemented to allow the minority to voice their views on a bill.

President can veto a bill and send it back to the Senate, the Senate overrides the veto with 60 votes.

So, in comes the Zombie Filibuster and THIS is a threat to democracy.  It requires a 60 person vote... and now they run off to face the TV cameras blaming each other.

I saw Thume on TV today saying the Democrats talking points... He's being paid off.
