If someone gives an estimate of "years" and it turns out to be "a year" I don't consider that lying.

Biden said that he'd cure cancer if he became president. Was that Democrat lying? Obama said that he'd make healthcare affordable for all Americans. Was that Democrat lying?

You've got to give Trump some time. If it turns out that there was no such enrichment facility in Iran, then you get the right to call him a liar.
