Thune says "we don't have the votes." Isn't it possible that he's telling the truth about that? Murkowski and Collins aren't the only RINOs in the senate; there are more. Some of them ass-out unexpectedly at the last minute. We actually need backroom deals on the table in order for this to happen the way we want it do. If the RINOs f this up then we have to deal with congress all over again.
