smart, important, etc. and not the worthless morons that they actually are.

I think this highlights the layers of the Elitists.

At the Berry level is that naive idea of "multiculturalism".  But their masters
are the ones who are saying "help them out by sending a bunch of cash", and
Berry and his ilk don't understand what that will do.
