Ahhh...  You have hit the nail on the head...

No conflict "war" has ever been won by air power alone.  At some point to achieve any meaningful objective there will have to be boots on the ground.

That is when the casualities will start piling up, that is when people will really begin to ask the age old question of , "Just what are we doing over here...".
