NY Gov Hochul is running an ad on prime time TV bragging about her giving a "tax break to the middle class."

I've lived in this state for the past 10 years and I don't know what they're talking about. The property tax goes up every year and there has not been a reduction in state income tax either.

What am I missing? Do they think we're so dumb that we'll just buy this crap?
