We can save it, but only by eliminating the entire management of the NFL
(especially HR).

The problem here is that organizations, especially successful ones, tend to
move toward bloat.  They hire people of doubious value because some managers
like to play the "I have more people than you do" game with the other managers.

Most companies, at some point, purge all this.  Some have to go through a
bankruptcy for that.

The NFL is long overdue for a purge.
