Costa Rica elected Laura Fernandez for president. She's a "conservative populist" (whatever that means.)

She's Catholic, Marco Rubio likes her, she is a Bukele supporter, and she said that she "plans to build a maximum security prison similar to CECOT."

Rubio expects her to help combat narco-trafficking and illegal immigration to the USA.

Sounds pretty good! And didn't Kilmar Abrego say that he wanted to go to a Costa Rican prison? Things are looking up for everyone ;)
