I read in the local ne RL> AT> a few days ago that the NAACP was "celebrating MLK's vision for RL> AT> EQUITY." I don't think he ever used that word in his speech, but I RL> AT> could be wrong. RL> RL> No he didn't say "equity" because the word didn't exist then. Nor did RL> he imply "equity". It's a complete twist-a-roo. I remember MLK talking about "equiality" in his speech and the NAACP is literally implying that King wanted "inequalilty." This is part of why I despise history as a curriculum because nobody can really learn anything from it when it's all just twisted lies. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A49 2023/04/30 (Windows/64) * Origin: JoesBBS.Com, Telnet:23 SSH:22 HTTP:80 (1:342/201) .
