Hi, everyone.

I'm trying to create a zero-byte semaphore file from the command line for 
Internet Rex to rescan upon a mail scan.  I'm using this:

copy 0 >> d:\bt\flags\rescan.now

I usually get an error saying "file not found".  It's been a long time since 
I've messed with BT directly (I just ordered distinctive ring so I can have 
dialup on the BBS)...

Any and all help is appreciated.
