qiqo runs fine with mgetty and provides a SRIF interface for file requests, but 
supports EMSI only. Another option is ifcico, which supports also old handshake 
protocols but not SRIF. It has a simple built-in file request processor.

BTW, if you need a SRIF file request processor with filelist generator please 
have a look at https://github.com/ftnapps/mfreq ;)
