      Title: Sweet Milk Rice (Milchreis)
 Categories: Desserts
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      2 tb Sugar; up to 3 tb
    1/8 ts Cinnamon;
           - just sprinkle on top
      1 ts Vanilla flavoring;
           - adjust based on strength
           - of extract
      1 c  Boiled rice
  1 1/2 c  Milk;
           - up to 2 c, as needed
      1 pn Salt
 
  Boil ingredients in pot and leave simmering for at least 10 minutes,
  or until it turns nicely thick.
  
  May need to cover with lid for a while if rice is dried out.
  
  Note:
  
  You can do this straight away with dry rice but may need to add more
  milk and leave it to soak longer.
