Punch the dough down. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out or stretch the dough into a circle about 1/4" thick. Lightly oil a pizza pan or baking sheet and place the dough on it, stretching it to fit. Bake on the bottom oven rack for 8 minutes. In a food processor, combine the beans, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, basil, oregano, and salt & pepper to taste. Process until smooth and well blended. Add 1 to 2 tb water if the mixture is too thick and process again to blend. Remove the crust from the oven and top with the bean mixture, spreading it to within 1/2" of the edge. Bake until the crust is nicely browned, 10 to 12 minutes. While the pizza is baking, heat the oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and saute until softened, about 4 minutes. Add the argugula and salt & pepper to taste and saute until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes more. When the pizza is done baking, top it with the sauteed onions and arugula. Serve immediately.
