      Title: Semolina Pudding
 Categories: Desserts, Pudding
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
     50 g  Semolina (Hartweizengriess)
    1/2 l  Milk
      2 tb Sugar
      1 tb Vanilla extract;
           - up to 2 tb, adjust based
           - on strength of extract
 
  Boil milk.
  
  Turn down heat and add other ingredients.
  
  Simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  
  Leave to cool.
