 8 lg   Potatoes; peeled, chopped
 1 lb   Lean ground beef
 1/2 c  Onion; chopped
 1 cn   Carrots (15 oz); drained
 1 cn   Green beans (15 oz); drained
 1 cn   Cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
 1 cn   Tomato soup (10.5 oz)
 3/4 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded

Preheat oven to 350øF. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and
cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash.

While potatoes cook, combine ground beef and onion in a large
skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until beef is evenly
browned and onion is tender, 7-10 minutes. Drain.

Stir carrots, green beans, and condensed soups into beef mixture.
Transfer to prepared baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over top
and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

Bake until potatoes are light golden brown, about 30 minutes.
