      Title: Elderflowerade

      Yield: 2 Servings

           Elder flower sprays;
           - enough so the water
           - just covers them
  2 1/2 c  Water
      1    Lemon; juice of
      1 tb Sugar or honey

  Gather the fragrant elder flowers in May when they are just beginning
  to open. Cover them with water, soak for 24 hours. Strain. Add lemon
  juice and sugar or honey to water. Heat to dissolve the sweetener.
  Serve cool.
