      Title: Cherry Ice Pops
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Desserts
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 c  Frozen cherries
      1 c  Water
      2 ts Honey agave, or sugar
           Wood popsicle sticks
 
  Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender and then
  place into an ice pop mold.
  
  Freeze ice pops for 4 hours or overnight.
  
  MAKES: 4 Ppsicles
