Unless I'm trying to indicate a logical conclusion, I've tried very

Putting my orange site hat on, you missed the part where you put this
behind a paywall online and charge for cloud usage. In all honesty
you’d probably make a good chunk of change.
Not saying to not open source it, people inexplicably pay a lot for
the 10000 ffmpeg as a service sites exist online… might as well cash
in on your hard work, this tool looks great. Seems like you really
thought through the edge cases here.
