Is it OK that I didn't work out today? Is it OK that I didn't work out today and won't work out today? Work out? Exercise? At least take a walk. I guess I won't today. I have a quota today. And I didn't fulfill my quota last week. So even more than usually I feel the preassure from my own schedule. I shouldn't work out today. Because I don't feel like it. I allow myself to not work out today. I don't agree with myself. But if I say it's OK to not work out today, I guess I have to accept that I won't. I won't. It's OK.
