1. Have a Gopher server or access to one.
2. Host at least one shell-based script, preferably poorly documented.
3. Email your GPG pubkey and a link to your Gopher hole to: [your address]
4. Wait. If we like your vibes, we'll add you to the `members.txt`.

NOTE: Submissions with GUIs will be printed out and ritually burned.
