       The p-block consists elements in Groups 13 to 18 but not Helium. The 
       valence electrons of these elements are in the p-shell. This 
       dumb-bell shaped shell holds at most 6 electrons, and has an 
       azimuthal quantum number of 1. The "p" stands for "principal".
