      Title: Zucchini Yogurt Soup
 Categories: Soups, Zucchini
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2 sm Zucchini; grated
  1 1/2 c  Yogurt
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      1 sm Onion; minced
      2 ts Olive oil
      2 ts Lemon juice
           Salt
           Dill; chopped
 
  Combine all ingredients except dill. Chill. When ready to serve,
  spoon into bowls and top with dill. Thin with dry white wine, if you
  wish.
