Peanut Sauce 6 tb Peanut butter 1/4 c Water 3 tb Light soy sauce 6 tb Dark soy sauce 6 tb Tahini 1/2 c Dark sesame oil 2 tb Sherry 4 tb Rice wine vinegar 1/4 c Honey 4 cl Garlic; large 2 ts Ginger; minced, heaping 1/2 c Water; hot 1 tb Hot pepper oil; up to 2 tb Lime juice (optional) Garnishes: Cilantro; chopped Red onions; sliced Green onions; chopped Cucumbers; chopped Combine ingredients in blender until smooth. Thin the ground mixture with hot wtaer to whipping cream consistency before use. This is a wonderful recipe i got from the Net ages back. If you use this over noodles, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, red onions, and cilantro for garnish.
