MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lord Of The Dandelion Pasta Categories: Foraging, Vegetables Yield: 1 Batch Dandelion stems; lots Salted water 1 tb Olive oil 1 tb Butter 1 cl Garlic; minced Collect a big bunch of dandelion stems. I collected only the stems from the dandelions which had already gone to seed. Snip off the spent seed head. Wash the stems. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and blanch your stems for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender and bright green. In a frying pan, add 1 tb olive oil, 1 tb butter, and 1 large, minced garlic clove. Fry on medium high hear until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
