       [dwm][patch] fullscreenmodes (rename index.d to index.md)
       
       fullscreenmodes is a patch that adds toggling to and between fullscreen
       and fakefullscreen. Switching between the two does not send a fullscreen
       event to the client. The previous commit contained a wrongly named file.
