What's New?

Before you is the latest updated version of the Local
Industrial Portal 2.0 project, implemented in PHP8+
for free hosting services or single-board industrial
systems with limited computing power or resources.
This is a completely redesigned version of the script
in UTF-8. Like the previous PHP5 version, this script
does not require SQL or powerful servers. It works
perfectly in browsers supporting JavaScript since 2008
(excluding Internet Explorer).
Please note that this script is not intended for use
as a public chat on the internet! It is designed for
communication between industrial PC/104 computers
in laboratories, manufacturing facilities, business spaces,
and closed technical communities. The primary focus
is on simplicity, quick deployment, and data transfer
from server to server, with other features being secondary.
The script includes minimal security settings, leaving
the configuration of security measures to the server
owners, compatible with your PHP8 security settings.
Since this script is unpretentious and works wherever
PHP8 is available, I want to highlight that I intentionally
did not implement real-time online status confirmation
to avoid overloading PC/104 systems. As a result, all
information in the Local Industrial Portal is effectively
transmitted in an echo mode, which helps save significant
resources. I also want to thank DJ_Stealth from Germany
for the inspiration and blessing to revive this project.

What's new?

1) The code of all modules has been completely rewritten
in PHP8+ without anonymous functions;
2) A simplified chat with emojis for communication has
been implemented;
3) The capabilities of the admin panel have been updated
and tested;
4) The file exchange code has been rewritten, now allowing
descriptions to be added to files;
5) Issues with incorrect registration and login have been
resolved;
6) Erroneous styles have been fixed, but the design remains
the same.
7) Added simple tree-view feed forum without pagination;
8) Fixed problem with multiple messages.

Overall, this is still the same Local Industrial Portal 2.0,
but in an improved version.
