I use a phlog script here on SDF, but on my other gopher
hole[1] I just have text files (which use papa's file prefix
method of anti-chronological date sorting.[2]) Honestly,
while I enjoy having a blog listing that shows a preview
of each entry, I'm not sure it's worth it.

Of course, changing anything is harder than just leaving it
alone, so I'll probably continue with both systems...
