September 20th, 2017:

	On Sunday, I picked up the folding bike I'd mentioned previously.  
The bike was in better shape than I'd expected, the pictures in the ad 
didn't do it justice.  I'm *still* going to be hard-pressed finding a 20" 
wheel with internal geared hub, but I'm not too worried.  One is bound to 
pop up on the used market between now and next Spring, and even if it 
doesn't, I can try my hand at wheel-building.

I still don't have VPN access at SDF, tried sending them an email 
yesterday but the smtp server was down.  I sent an email again today, and 
it seems to have gone through.  Hopefully someone gets back to me soon.  
Not that it's a pressing issue, mind, as I haven't been online since 
Sunday morning.

As for the computing side of things, I'm going to be selling off most of 
my stuff, except for a few favourite machines.  Just don't have the 
passion for it anymore.  I'll really need to sleep on it.
