Just getting back into phlog'n and code'n
the other day was running into an issue with networks
not allowing vpn traffic, so I made a program to 
incrementally reduce the MTU (Max Transmission Unit) until
the traffic can pass though.

THROTTLE!!!! 

made two versions of it, the first version is just plain and functional,
the second version, I was bored so added in synth sounds to mimic the old dial-up
tones used in dial-up handshakes (line noise). So I could listen to vpn traffic like
old dial-up traffic, why? idk, just bored.
gonna pub the plain version under the code dir.
