Sinus Problems

Still feeling crummy with some sinus problems. Stuffy, runny nose, cough, etc... I picked up some different medication from Walgreens so I hope that does the trick.

I wish I could just stay in bed and rest, but the casinos in Tucson have been driving me there with juicy offers and promotions. I'll bring the laptop with me next weekend so I can play around with NetBSD some more. 

I ordered a couple books on the ed Unix text editor which might be easy reading while having a stuffy headcold. The goal is to start with ed and then study ex, vi, vim, emacs until I land on a favorite. Sounds pretty lame, but I grew up in the generation of DOS edit and Windows 95 notepad. Does anybody have experience with these "IT Mastery" BSD books by Michael W. Lucas? I have to appreciate the cover artwork.

I'm also happy to report my new passport arrived only a week after online renewal! Wonder why they were claiming it would take 5-6 weeks? Oh yeah, the government is all about CYA (Cover Your Ass).
