STRESSFUL DAY 2025-05-28 I started the day quite early. At 6AM, my son woke up full of energy. We took a breakfast, we played. Then at 7AM we woke up my wife so we can all prepare ourselves to our appointment at the local school. The idea was for us to tour the premises in order to prepare him for the new school year of September -- well, not "new school year" actually, but his "first school year". I have to say that the place is great, there is a lot of space, a lot of activities. And everyone is very nice. The little was delighted and wanted to stay. After this too short visit to his taste, we took him to the nur- sery, then my wife went to the gym while I headed back home to finish preparing all the papers for our afternoon appointment at the police station. We were due at 2:30 p.m. Nothing serious. It was actually the last imperative regarding my wife's naturalization to become French. An interview of one hour and a half for her with an in- vestigator from the national police, and 40 minutes for me. It was the stressful side of the day but, in the end, everything went well. The investigator reassured me at the end by telling me that he would give a favourable opinion in his report and that we would have the answer within, maximum, one year. So that's a good thing.
