       One recipe to rule them all.
       
       
       Ingredients
       ------------------------------------------------------------
       - 4/5 C avocado oil
       - 1/5 C EVOO
       - 1 egg, room temperature
       - 1/8 t ground mustard
       - 1/2 t grainy dijon
       - 1/2 T lemon juice
       - 1/4 t powdered salt
       - 1 t ACV

       - 750ml mason jar
       - Immersion blender
       
       
       Instructions
       ------------------------------------------------------------
       Put everything but the oils into the mason jar. Mix
       completely with the immersion blender. Slowly (slowly!)
       trickle in the oil while continuing to blend. The oil and
       eggs should emulsify within the first 1/4 C of oil, after
       which you can pour faster (but blend vigorously!)
       
       
       Hints
       ------------------------------------------------------------
       To approximate the taste of Hellman's: use white vinegar in
       place of ACV; add some sugar.
