       Ingredients

       - 1 can chick peas, drained
       - 1/2 C tahini
       - 1/4 C chick pea can water
       - 1/2 C EVOO
       - 1/2 t salt
       - 5 T lemon
       - 3/4 t cumin ?
       - 1/4 t smoked paprika ?
       
       
       Instructions
       ------------------------------------------------------------
       Drain and set aside water from chick peas.
       
       Put chickpeas into a 750 ml wide mouth mason jar. Add
       garlic, tahini, lemon, salt, cumin, and smoked
       paprika. Briefly moosh using an immersion blender. Then,
       slowly add the EVOO while continuing to blend.
