Usage
-----
1. Connect the IR-tower via a serial-to-usb adapter. Check that the
tower has a working 9V battery.

2. Install nqc (in AUR, may need manual build)

3. Find a Lego RCX, turn it on, and upload the firmware, which will take
a few minutes while the RCX counts up to high numbers. The IR tower
will light a green LED while sending data:

 $ make upload_firmware

4. Upload the program:

 $ make upload

Note: The RCX will not remember the program and forget the firmware if
powered off and without batteries.
