Tea cocktails meet the Sidecar in this update of a classic.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 oz  Tea-infused Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilege cognac*
    1 oz  Cointreau liqueur
  1/2 oz  Fresh lemon juice
  1/4 oz  Orange blossom honey

 Garnish  Orange peel

   Glass  Coupe

DIRECTIONS

Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with an orange peel.

*Tea-infused Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilege cognac: Add 1 tea bag of Earl
Grey tea to 8 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilege cognac. Infuse for 1 week.
