Concord Grape Negroni

The secret ingredient behind this new age Negroni? Concord grape-
infused vermouth.

INGREDIENTS

  1 1/2 oz  Barr Hill Gin
  1 1/2 oz  Concord grape-infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth*
1 barspoon  Bittermens Amere Nouvelle
    1 dash  Bar Keep Organic Lavender Bitters

     Glass  Rocks

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients except bitters to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir 45 turns for proper dilution.

Strain contents into a rocks glass and add one large ice cube.

Finish with one dash of lavender bitters.

*Concord grape-infused vermouth:



1 bottle Dolin Blanc Vermouth

50 Concord grapes



Add full bottle of vermouth and Concord grapes to a sealed vacuum bag.
Place in sous vide circulator at 60 degrees Fahrenheit and allow to
infuse for two hours.
