I spent the last 6 months barely leaving the house and over the last ~2 months I was too lazy to even cook so I've been just ordering shit almost every single day.
I was skinny my entire life but now I'm legit a fatass. I don't have a scale but I must've put on at least 30 pounds. I'm going to kill myself.

Nice that you realize what's causing it already.
You can start taking steps to manage weight right away. Not something panicked and unrealistic like "That's it, I'm going to the gym for an hour every day." Something realistic and stable that you can start now. Like today try going on a 15 minute walk. It's not a lot but you can increase with time to something more intense.
Something healthy and easy to cook that I've been doing since I also don't like spending too much time cooking:
Eating eggs. Rice. Frozen vegetables.
They're all easy and quick to prepare. You can cook them together and make some fried rice too.

>>2 again, had some ideas of more simple to prepare foods
I'm making mashed potatoes right now and adding some frozen spinach. Cheap ingredients and was simple to prepare. Going to make this more often now. Thought I would mention it here too
Also like to roast yams/sweet potatoes in the oven. I just rinse them, wipe with a paper towel, put them in oven at 375-400 for around 40-50 minutes. It's the kind of thing I can do easily with almost no effort and it's filling. I'll make a few at a time and then keep the rest in the fridge. Reheats easily in microwave.
I'm curious to hear other people's ideas too. I've been lazy lately and eating pasta with tomato sauce multiple times a week.
Also disclaimer that I'm not someone who knows about exercise and weight loss. The posts are just some ideas that came to mind

Just walk a lot. It's an easy way to burn calories. Biking, too, if you have a bike.

I think the one thing that summarizes me best is that I thought of all my grade school bullies as my "friends"
