         The Grenfell Tower fire in London on 14th June 2017 was a tragic 
         event or a community in which, at the time of writing, at least 78
         people have died. According to residents of this 24-storey
         social-housing block, the tower management had been warned over this
         "accident waiting to happen" on numerous occasions, and so it did.
       
         In among the heartbreak of the human tragedy in which entire familie
         died, there is the inevitable flurry of accusations of unsuitable 
         materials, used with a view to save money rather than safeguard 
         residents. In the public interest I have managed to source copies of
         some now-disappeared documents from some of the companies involved.
        
         Remember, the Internet never forgets.
