NITETIME OBJECT OBSERVATION PROTOCOL

1. Note the time.
2. Note cloud cover and wind.
3. Check 435.098 MHz if a receiver is available.
4. Observe reflections on water and nearby windows.
5. Look away briefly, then look back.
6. Determine whether the object moved or simply occupies a
   different position.
7. If landed, do not approach the ramp merely because it is open.
8. If a raccoon approaches first, document the raccoon.
9. If the cow looks up, look up.
