       and Twitter. Well, okay, they're separated by almost twenty years
       (1989 and 2006 respectively), but never in the history of mankind
       has such a one-two-punch to productivity been so effective. The
       right screenshot is of the original WorldWideWeb browser, running
       on Sir Tim Berners-Lee's NeXT; the left screenshot is Jack
       Dorsey's inaugural tweet on Twitter and as far as anyone can
       tell, the first tweet still in the database. Now, if you'll
