       Hitori Dake no Renga - We're A Year Old! (100)

       No, I didn't make panel #100 land on our (close to)
       one-year-anniversary on purpose, but I would be remiss not to
       take advantage of it. The panel you're looking at nearly burned
       down my kitchen table because the candles in question melted
       within just a couple minutes while I was trying to get the
       lighting right. In fact, the flames are not the "numbers" but
       backing prop candles inserted into the cupcakes with the flames
       peeping over the top positioned to look like the numbers were lit
       (their wicks had actually already fallen off onto the cupcakes
       and were unusable). The flames would not stay lit and I burned my
       fingers on the lighting torch and the hot wax, and two of the
       candles collapsed completely (thus the nearly burnt kitchen)
       after this picture was taken, and after all that as I mentioned
       the wax and wicks had already ruined the cupcakes and I couldn't
       eat them. BUT HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US ANYWAY DANG IT!
